I followed the directions in the help section but when I look in preferences it tells me device not detected. I use it with both Sonar and Nuendo, no problem. I anybody using one???

Have you updated the firmware on the Faderport?

Did you enable the MIDI ports and then Apply the changes before you added the Faderport?

If you could provide the exact steps that you did, that would prove helpful.
