ACID Pro 7 still open in processes -ACID Product Family

Subject:ACID Pro 7 still open in processes Posted by: Rhansum Date:8/1/2010 6:22:35 AM Hello all. I been having this problem for a while now with the last few versions of Acid. Just been working around it, but would LOVE to find an actual solution. It seems that when I close up Acid its still hanging the processes in windows. If I move on to another session even that one would hang. Its possible to have 4-5 sessions hanging during one recording session (working on multiple songs)unless I go to Task Manager and click to shut down each instance. (or do a complete computer restart, which is not always the best when people are in) Any ideas why its not closing down in the backgound? I have heard about some problems with Acid and MAudio products. I am using a Delta 44 soundcard and an MAudio Axiom keyboard controller. Dont know if this is in any way related. I look forward to figuring this out with your help. S

Make sure that you are using the latest ASIO audio drivers for your card. The problem only occurs with specific m- audio hardware and drivers. What we do know is that the problem occurred after a driver update by m-audio. Previous drivers did not have the problem.
