First off I've tried to email tech support, but it tells me both my email addresses are already in the system. Yet when I go to retrieve my passwords it tells me those email addresses are invalid so here I am. Okay so I'm working in a current project, and every time I try to delete any bus tracks, whether it be Audio or a Soft Synth Acid Pro locks up. The soft synths I an currently using are Massive 1.15 latest, & Albino 3, Reason 4 Rewired, Live 8.1. Once these are opened within the project they can not be removed. I also notice that my Master bus had moved to the left hand side of the mixing console. I then went to Show Bus Tracks (hitting B), and these wierd looking bus tracks show up with no effects on then, and slo the naming does not appear from the bus tracks that I named. Things have been alright minus AP doesn't get along with NI's Audio 8DJ sound card booo!!! It makes rendering a pain in the aZZ !!!! ... I am currently running a Sony Vaio Laptop 2.8ghz Core 2 Duo T9600 Windows 7 64 bit Pro 8ghz of ram I hope this will be resolved. I have a long time AP user, and really love Acid, but due to these currents issues. I might need to really reconsider a new D.A.W ; ( |

Please fill out your system specs in your user profile and mark them as visible. I assume you are using ACID Pro 7 - the latest update. I am unable to reproduce, but I don't have all of the plug-ins you are using. Does your problem happen with any plug-ins, or only with the ones you mention when used in a particular project? What does the routing of your project look like? Are you using sends from buses? How are tracks routed? Things have been alright minus AP doesn't get along with NI's Audio 8DJ sound card booo!!! It makes rendering a pain in the aZZ !!!! ... I really have no idea what you are saying? Could you reword with out the color commentary? Details by what you mean that the Audio8DJ 'doesn't get along with AP? Do you have "Enable multithreaded soft synth playback" enabled in the Audio Device Prefernce page? Peter |

-I have submitted my specs. -Yes I am using AP7.0e (Build713) -It's doesn't matter what plugins are on there. There doesn't have have to be any plugins on there at all honestly. I can load up Massive, Reason, Albino, etc., & then I can't delete them.I am able to remove effects from buses just not the buses themselves. -I have for example mulitple audio tracks running to 1 one bus (Kick, Snare, Hihats = Drum Bus, or multiple instances of Massive going into one bus full of effects. -Everytime I render something out of AP, I get an error mentioning something about it can't playback, & that it has to do with ASIO drivers. You guys have said this was on NI . However, I have no other issues with any other D.A.W & rendering (Reaper ,Ableton Live, & Reason). I am using their lastest drivers also. Thats about the only issue with the sound card. -Yes i do. I'm really hoping you guys can help me with these issue. Thanks for you time. So like I mentioned before I can't get ahold of tech support whats so ever. This has become a real hinderance, and I am sad to see this is how Sony handles things. Everytime I try to send a tech support issue on this problem. It either tells me the current email address is already in the system, that my password is invalid, etc. So I go to create a random account and tells me again that an email is already there. So I'm hoping someone can help me with this issue. Im also not the only one with this porblem, and have read a few others, but shockinly no replies were answered in their threads either. Clearly this is a bug. thanks, Nick |

If you switched to the WDM model rather than ASIO (just for troubleshooting purposes), does it work fine then? Have you contacted Native Instruments to see what they say? I see drivers that were posted in March. Have you tried these drivers? Iacobus |

I haven't tried the WDM model, but I have tried to use 3rd party ASIOs, & was not able to choose the Aduio 8DJ. I have contacted them and then have yet to get back me. Thanks for the suggestion I will try this later on & let you know. |

Well I tried what you said & switched to the Windows Classic Wave Driver, & it seems to have worked so far. Thanks a lot. Those drivers you mentioned I also already had those installed. Thanks, Nick |
