Crossgrade to ACID Pro 7 From Pro Tools LE -ACID Product Family

The advertisement said there would be a choice of loop libraries to select: "With your purchase of the ACID Pro 7 Competitve Upgrade, you'll get your choice of one of the following loop libraries, hand-picked by our sound development team." After going through the whole purchase and download process, I never saw page to make my loop library selection. Of course there are loops included in the package that I downloaded but there was no place to choose my one (1) of fifteen (15) as advertised. Has anyone else encountered the same problem? (By the way, I did submit a support ticket on this issue).
