Subject:Glitches Rendering to New Track

When I "render to new track" the MP3 file I create plays with a lot of "glitches". I seems like I may have too many plug ins going. The problem seems to get better when I remove plug ins.
Is there a way around this so I don't have to remove my plug ins?

I had a similar issue. A typical project includes various softsynths and live audio. My processor can only handle so much so I render all MIDI to a stereo track then work with live audio.
What's your setup?
