Pitch Shift w/ FX Envelope Support -ACID Product Family

Basically, as time moves forward in the track, I want the pitch to increase higher and higher (or follow the setting of the fx envelope, whatever that may be). Also, I would like to be able to change the tempo with an FX envelope as well. I suspect there is a VST out there which does both. What I am looking for is the sound that you get when a vinyl record is playing on a turntable, and you suddenly spin it faster and faster, otherwise known in the DJ world as a "wheel up".
