I use FL9 as a rewire device in my acid projects. For some reason acid crashed on me earlier today and I now get errors whenever I open a project that includes FL9 as rewire device. This has never happened before. My acid version is up to date I tried restoring acid to default settings I restored my computer to an earlier date None of these things has resolved the problem.....please help. |

Sounds to me like your FL projects aren't pointing to the proper destination folder. Restoring Acid to Default or system restore is not going to fix that. Are you doing daily backups of your hard drive? Go to your documents/mysettings folder and see if you can locate the folder that's holding those projects and point Acid to that folder for your re-wire projects. Without knowing exactly what happened on your end, it's pretty difficult to track this down. Only advice for the future I can give you is to pick up a disk imaging software and start using it. WARNING: Make sure there are no viruses or spyware housed in your partitions because if there is it will put you back in the same boat. Message last edited on6/21/2010 5:51:11 PM by_Gabriel_. |

I need to add a correction. I read the details of the error and it says the problem is with Arturia Analog Factory and not FL9. Is there a way to disable Arturia so that it won't open with my project? It would be a shame to lose my whole project due to one vst error. |

You can just move (at least temporary) the offending VSTi out of your VSTi folder. That way when the project loads there will be an error, but one you can bypass.... worth a try. |
