it reads!
a fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:c0007fc5 in VXD VMM(01) + 00006FC5

It would be helpful to have more information about your problem. What are you doing when this blue screen error occurs? Does this error seem seem to result from a particular function? What version of Windows are you running? You may also want to contact tech support via phone. You do have some free support left.
