Can anyone help me??? I have acid 1.0 and everytime i try to create a CD of my work, it either says the buffer is underrun or the cd writer is not working properly. I have tried on the slowest speed possible and i have changed the temp folder.
I have tried everything. I would be really greatful of some help.
Thanks Mark (UK age 15)

Have you defragmented your drive lately.
Also, anti-virus software slows down your system, make sure the auto-run isn't activated.
If too many programs are running in the background, this will also slow you down. How many icons do you have showing in the right side of your task bar?
Basically, try to close as many programs as possible,so you can free up your memory.
Last piece of advice, don't run other applications while you're burning.
Hope this helps...

Later!

yea, he said it. definitely DO NOT use other apps while u burn cds. the best thing is to just start burning the cd and leave ur comp alone until its done. ive done other stuff before while burning something and the cd got messed up, so just dont do it, its that simple

Thank you for your reply. I can honestly say that I had no other programs running and my screen saver was turned off. I defragmented all of my hard drives and i still had no success. I think it may be my CD Writer.
Is there anyway I could just export it as a WAV file?
Thanks For Your Help.
