Subject:ACID 3.0 - SAVE AS AN MP3

I have just installed the new Acid Pro 3.0, and am unable to save as an mp3. When I select "Save As", the only options in the drop down are .acd formats. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Hello,

In Acid 3.0 you have to use Render As and that should do the trick

when i go to save..there is no MP3 option...it is not there or at the "render as"

No "Save as". Try "Export" if there is this option in the menu...

Render As should be located 2 options below Save As. When you clic on File, you see Save As in the list. Under that is Export Loops, then you should see Render As.
When you clic on this, another window appears with a default format- this has a small arrow on the right. If you clic on the arrow, all the different formats appear.
This might be where you think you don't have an mp3 option, because the list is extensive, so there is a scroll bar on the right of the format list that you must use to see them all. The mp3 format is near the top.
