Subject:Having trouble with Sound Forge

I am trying to save somthing as an mp3. however, when i try to do this, a window pops up and it displays that the page could not load. Then i close that window, and the program says i cant save as the selected format. Why is it doing this?

You might need to register your MP3 encoder plug-in
