Subject:Batch Converter

Hello,

How come Batch Converter does not recognize any file types? I get unsupported Media Type everytime I try to add files to script, I've tried MP3, Wav, MPEG, Real Audio,WMA and it happens everytime.

Am I doing something wrong?

You shouldn't be getting these errors. The first thing I would suggest is to uninstall and then reinstall the program. If the problem persists, call or e-mail our tech support department. Hi Ted,

Thanks for your help. I uninstalled then deleted the directory and the setup folder, and reinstalled and now I can get files in the script, but I tried to convert 6 Acid songs and it had a exeption error on the 4th song so I'll check it out further and get back to you.

Hello,

It seems to be working ok now but I do get problems on one song I don't think it has anything to do with BC

My issue is resolved Thank you
