Subject:When using SF5 with another app

HELP , im using SF5 with Logic Audio Plat 4.7 , ( as an external sample editor)
For some reason SF5 wont let you save back over the file you are working with and will only let you save it as a new audio file
( I do have the Release audio in background when stopped button enabled in Logic :) ) just in case you wondered.
Anyone else having the same probs or if anyone has any ideas please let me know.
