Batch Convert MPEG Plug-in Problems -Sound Forge - PC

So far Batch Converter 5.0 has been working fine with converting any of the audio stuff I have needed. I am having a major problem, however, with the video conversion. When converting an .avi file to an .mpeg file the audio starts to fall out of sync ever so slightly until towards the end of the 3 minute video file, the audio is totally out of sync. Anybody else experience this problem. I have no problems whatsoever with the files themselves as I am using Adobe Premiere to render them and they sync up perfectly as an .avi. Any suggestions? Anybody experience this problem? Is this a bug? Cause if it is it's VERY annoying!!
