Subject:48k 24bit files are not centered

when i open 48k 24bit files in SF10b the wave forms are drawn just below the centre line of each channel. it is quite obvious when i zoom in. this is not a dc offset issue. i've tested all these files. 44k 16bit files appear normally. any suggestions?

I was going to suggest a DC offset problem !

Where did these files originate ? Recorded into SF ? How does the same spec file imported from somewhere else look ?

If you enable the Levels toolbar, does the level at a cursor position look right compared with the display ?
