Just upgraded to SoundForge 10b after getting a new system last week. The system is running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, 8Gb Ram, Intel i5 processor. If other system parameters are needed let me know. There were no previous versions of SF on this new system so it was a clean install. I'm also running Acid Pro 7e on this system and it has had no problems since I installed it. I downloaded the Izotope bundle with no problems and didn't get any error messages when unpacking of the .exe file. Got the serial number info for it with no problems in an email from Sony after purchasing SF 10 so that's all ready to go. The problem arises when trying to actually install the Izotope plugs. The .exe file unpacks the dll's to the following folder on my C-drive: Program Files (x86) > iZotope > SoundForgeMasteringBundle > Win32 There's an executable file in this directory called Installer_DXRegister_Proxy.exe. If I double click the file to run it, I get an Install Error diaglog box saying "Invalid arguments to Register.exe". Clicking the OK button in this box closes the dialog box but that's it - no other messages. I've tried right clicking the .exe file and running it as administrator, but the same error occurs. Tried copying the the plug .dll files to my plugins folder and having SF rescan it. SF sees the plugs but puts them in the Unavailable folder and, of course, they're unusable. I'm wondering if the Win32 folder these got installed in by default is a possible clue to the root of the problem.....are these plugs supported for a 64-bit OS? Also noticed my iZotope Vinyl plugin is mysteriously now unavailable as well. Am I missing a step or some secret combination of key strokes to make these work, or are they really not usable in a 64-bit OS? |

Hi, there is a way to register them , you can find it in the FAQ. I tried it though and still no software detects those plugins. PLEASE HELP! |
