OT: Private online video sites?

I am looking for a site that can host our video clips relating to training in the health care industry. I need secure and private (not social networking) settings that allow for password access on per visitor and not per "group" or clip requirements. We would have several groups and in each group there would be several clips. A visitor may need access to different groups but it would be controlled by us. We would also need the provision to remove access of a visitor. Our clips are usually 10 mins in duration and HD is not a requirement. For the last 2 years we have been using phanfare but next week they are downgrading their security protocols so we need to switch. Any ideas you guys can throw at me would be appreciated.
Chris

Edit: To clarify: Groups = folders.

Hi Chris
Ive used and recommend screencast.com . Kind of a swiss army knife type server for creative media types. offers a lot of options and uses. you would have to ask their tech support about the unique password per client aspect. Im not sure if they meet your security requirements, youll have to ask them.
Good Luck
Steven

Thanks Steven. This looks like the closest thing I can get to meet our requirements.

You can set up your own website to handle login/permissions, etc and then use a Vimeo Plus account and limit it to only accept requests from your website.
