Subject:SF 9.0e - problem importing markers

Hi I was looking for a way to import and convert a list of timings (e.g. in a text file) to markers or regions in an audio file. Playlist files (*.sfl) work fine to save markers and regions that are already in a file but they do not appear to be easily readable/editable. I then noticed the option to save and open markers as a 'Windows Media Script File'. I tried this and the generated file looked to be easily editable. However, when I tried to open one of these files to add markers to some audio no markers appeared. The same thing happened even when I simply reloaded a Windows Media Script File that I had just saved. In fact it removed the markers that were already there!!! Has anyone been able to get these files to load? Or is this a bug? Below is an example of one of these files.
