Subject:Batch normalize mp3's?

What's the best way (if there is one) to normalize a group of mp3's with varying recording levels? For instance if you have 10 mp3's and the first in the group is the quietest and the last the loudest is there an automated way to get the "average" loudness to normalize to? Thanks for any info... I'm sure a few people wanna know this, Chris
