Vegas 9.0d won't install

I've never had a problem with the upgrades/releases over the years. Well, I won't say never but can't figure this one out. It goes through the regular upgrade from 9.0c to d then when it is copying files it just stops and eventually delivers an "internal error 2349" message. Then it "rolls back" and something about premature blah blah.

Win 7 (32bit)
two ATI Radeon HD,
Gigabyte Ultra 3 MB
4 gigs Ram.

Just won't install. That's it. Any thoughts?

If you'll look back over the past few weeks of threads, there are several in regards to this very issue.

Chances are you'll find your answer.

"Any thoughts?"

My first thought: your computer is telling you, "NOOO! I won't let yooou install that *$%#@ on me!!"

(Sorry... a little humor, as many of us have had negative experiences upgrading to 9d.)

I searched pretty well but didn't find that error message anywhere in these forums. I like the CClub reply. I'll just wait for 9.0e since my computer tells me "no".

You didn't look very well, then.

Try this thread... "Installation Wizard has ended prematurely"

I had this problem with Sound Forge 10, and after several weeks of unsuccessfully working with the Sony tech support people, I tried downloading the file again and trying to install. Amazingly, it worked. It was apparently a corruption in the download of some sort. This might be worth a try.
