how do you match beats? I record my songs off turntables into acid pro.How do I make the tempo the same & MIX THE songs?

well its a little bit more involved in mixing two songs together than you think.....i mean ACID is not really a put in a full song and mix type of deal....you have to learn the basics of looping ,beat measures and slicing.....i could write a whole book about it but its better if u try to read up on it on the internet!

Hello,

I saw your post in Sound Forge also, What you can do is try setting the stretching properties in Acid for each recording and experiment with different keys untill the beat sounds the same for all keys, I've found that its usually around every sixteenth of a note. or try setting the tempos the same for each recording. The manual has alot of info on recording and time stretching, and beatmapping your recordings might help.
