Subject:What effects/plugins use to make my voice sound like a robot/alien voice?

Hi,

I am a computer scientist but not an accoustics engineer and i have no knowledge about sound vocabulary... :-(

I wanna transform my voice to make it sounding like if was an alien or a robot.

I've found a preset name "robot" in Sound Forge 5 trial, but it is not realistic enough.

Can anyone give me name of effects, plugins, or presets values to make this?

What you're looking for is called a vocoder, Prosoniq makes a plug in one called the Orange Vocoder. And there are several other hardware vocoders out there as well.
