Occasionally I forget to turn on my hardware controller until after I've started Acid, which then doesn't see it. Can Acid search for new hardware settings (as it's sometimes called)? So I don't have to restart Acid? Thanks |

I do this all the time and wished there was a magic button to find my hardware that i forgot to turn on. But, I don't think there is a magic button. If there is....somebody please share with us !!! |

Something like a 'refresh hardware' button ? No. A restart is required, like in pretty much (if not all) other applications. geoff |

No, there is no refresh/find hardware button. Something we will consider for the a future release. Peter |

As a result of requests for this option, it was implemented in my main DAW- Samplitude- it just saves some time, esp. when plugins are all loaded and such...very helpful. |

I would find it useful for when I forget to turn on my Mackie MCU, or my BCF1000, before starting up. geoff |
