Lexicon Core 2 w/ Acid 3 and old school console -ACID Product Family

Looks great on paper..GC is blowing them out with the breakout box for $150..but will it work with Acid 3 and a fast PC, especially the assignable out busses? I want to route 10-20 tracks of acid through the busses out to the 8 analog outs on the core 2 into an old console and mix back to stereo from there (while also using the 4 efx busses on the console for my outboard hardware efx)- sort of new tech/old tech..ideas?
