Posted by: Kappeesh Date:4/10/2010 4:32:21 PM hi all, i have an original motu 828 and an m-audio 24/96. in ap7e [and prev vs for that matter] ap has never automatically found the 828. i turn it on when i need to record and use the 24/96 to monitor and midi, but leave it off otherwise. there's no driver issues - when i need the 828 i turn it on and launch acid. the problem is the prefs shows the 828. i always have to select it manually. is this normal? anyone use an 828 here? Peter? also fyi, normally i get a window at launch when the 828 is not on that says 'no motu device found'. this has been typical because the 24/96 is being used. thanks!
