Subject:Acid 3.0 vs. Vegas Audio...can you use 3.0 for mastering too?

I wanna be able to do a complete mixdown and master a project. I have all the FX's. And It seems like I could. Will I get the same results from Acid 3 vs Vegas Audio. Vegas Is the bomb too...Which one should I use to finalize and master.
