OT: Is buycheapsoftware.com legal?

Can anybody tell me if buycheapsoftware.com sells legal software? I'm planning to purchase After Effects and I found this on their site:

Adobe After Effects CS4 Full Retail DVD Box for Windows, $499.00
Adobe After Effects CS4 Full Retail Box for Windows, $589.00

By the way, does any of you know the difference between these two versions?

I plan to buy from the US because I have to pay $1750 here in Norway.
PS. If decide to purchase AE, I'll wait until CS5 is out.

Not sure if they are legal or not but the 2nd article on their home page is "New Year Update! Jan 8th 2005" and refers to President Bush.

It's been awhile, but I've bought several items from buycheapsoftware and never had a problem. However, I've found that - at least in the old days - you sometimes could get a better price by calling 888-999-2611. I realize this 888 number won't work overseas, but perhaps you could find a better number somewhere on their website for international calls. If your spoken English is OK, you might try calling them.
