Audio Interfaces for Vista Ultimate 64-bit OS -ACID Product Family

I'm shopping around for an audio interface for converting 2 XLR and 2 1/4" analog signals. Additional analog and/or digital inputs are a bonus, but not required. There are numerous products to get the job done, but I don't mind spending more for a quality product (within reason). Up to $300 would be my budget for this item. Previously, I used a DigiDesign MBox with WinXP. Unfortunately, DigiDesign is not supporting Vista as a 64-bit OS. I'll be checking back through the weekend for any recommendations. I've used a Presonus Firestudio Project for over 2 years now.... no problems.
I am running Vista 64-bit 8GRAM
