Subject:Reducing MP3 File Size Using SoundForge XP?

Greetings! I have downloaded some 26 minute spoken presentations from a Web site (approx. 12MB MP3 files), and I'm now trying to shrink their file sizes down so they fit more conveniently on my Windows CE-powered PDA. What options do I have to accomplish this, using SoundForge XP?
- Resampling?
- Convert from stereo to mono?
- What other options?
