I purchased the Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum Pro Pack. One of the main reasons I bought this package was the Vocal Eraser, but it didn't come with it because it was a package set. Where can I get the Vocal Eraser Plug-In? |

Not having "SF Audio Studio" with comes with the Vocal Eraser, it is an iZotope plug in, and like the mastering plugs in SF-pro, it's a separate download. Go to the "SF Audio Studio" download page and download it under "Related Files" You may also have to authorize the plug-in though iZotope after installation. By looking at the Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum Pro Pac page there is an asterisk by SF-Audio studio At the page bottom it states: * "Vocal Eraser plug-in not included". I would contact the friendly folks SCS customer service. They may be able to help you out or offer an alternative. |

I hope you have better luck than I did - I got no offer at all despite having just bought Sound Forge Pro 10. I guess Sony can't sell it separately. Kit |

So sorry to be such a bother. But, I ahve contacted CS three times now and no answer. I have no "vocal eraser" Serial number. Any other ideas on how to find one? Thanks for all your help! |

Soooooooooo sorry about not getting back sooner, but I lost my sign-in and it took me this long to get it! I did look in the "My Software" and it is not there. However, I will try the other code later when I get to my computer. I will let you know if that works or not. Thanks so much for all of your help. You have been very nice about everything. 'Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum Pro Pack' is bungled with "Audio Studio 9 software" but for some reason it DOES NOT include the Vocal Eraser plug in... When AS-9 is purchased separately the Vocal Eraser plug is included. ( I think this is improperly displayed and would complain to customer service.. via telephone) http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/moviestudiopp (See asterisk just under 1001 S/FX.)  |
