Subject:'hollow' audio

I'm very new to this, but am having trouble with 'hollow' or 'tinny' sounding audio. Is there a plugin that will help with this, or a setting that is good to get rid of that hollow sound

Are you listing in mono or stereo. This could be a phase error in audio or speaker leads. Disconnect one side of system (left or right). This could be in leads from source or in monitor output. If problem goes after disconnecting leads, you have a phase problem. Try recording single track mono and see if your problem clears up.
