Subject:Sound Forge 10a. vs. Altiverb 6

After installing Altiverb 6, Sound Forge 10a no longer starts. When SF 10a attempts to load/initialize Altiverb 6, it announces that it has stopped working. Is this a known issue?

I got the same here. After uninstalling and re installing each program, SF starts now and I can see unchecked box at preferences - vst effects - Altiverb 6. Can't use Altiverb in SF though.
