Subject:Waves 7 Platinum won't load

I finally bit the bullet and updated my Waves Platinum plugins and now they all show up under failed in the plugin manager. I'm running ACID 7e Pro on a 32 bit Win7 Pro machine. Any ideas on why they would fail to load? Version 5 ran with no issues on my XP partition.

That happened to me with my Real Guitar vst, and I figured out that I hadn't registered it yet.

So after I registered it, I don't remember exactly, but I think I rescanned the directory and then it worked right.

I fought with mine too, after doing something with the plugin manager it worked.

I've reinstalled it and still no luck. I rescanned the VST folder and that didn't help. I'm wondering if it's the Ilok driver. I'm number 4 in the Waves support queue, hopefully they will hook me up.

I did the right click rescan on the waveshell file inside the plugin browser and it's all there now. Go figure!

Good for you rjshama! I bet you were starting to get a bit nervous...
