In the pdf users guide, on page 201, it says: "When you right-click a MIDI file in the Explorer window, you can choose how you want to add it to your project. ... "Add to Project with Events – Adds the file to the current ACID project at the current cursor position, and adds tracks to the track list, and creates events for the MIDI note data on each track. Envelopes are added to the tracks to represent MIDI controller data." What does it mean by?: "Adds the file to the current ACID project at the current cursor position," Nothing is apparently added at the current cursor position. Events are added at the beginning of the timeline regardless of where the cursor is positioned. How/where is the MIDI file itself added to the timeline? The MIDI file is added to the project (which only means the tracks are added, as no ' file ' is added into the project directory), and any included note/controller info is added to the timeline as clips/events/envelopes, right?
