I got a very long wav file that I need to cut, Can Sound Forge detect silence and cut the file automatically ? I use version 4.5 |

No...you need to cut it out yourself...it should be easy as pie to find the spot where its blank...being the wavform will just be a flat line.. -Sin http://zwap.to/ft13 |

Actually, Sound Forge has the Auto-Region and Extract- Regions tools. That'll do it too. Rather easily at that. Nick LaMartina |
