Subject:Express FX with SF XP5.0

I previouly had Sound Forge XP4.5 with the Express FX packages installed. After installing XP5.0 These are not showing up. How do I get these installed into XP 5.0

XP 5.0 includes the latest versions of ExpressFX 1 and 2, and a new ExpressFX 3. They supersede the simple "radio button" effects from XP 4.5 and are now embedded in the Effects and Process menus, e.g. Effects->Chorus will bring up ExpressFX Chorus.
