Subject:FX parameters suddenly not accessable by clicking on Plug-in Chooser

I don't know what happened, but when I click on plug-in
chooser it won't let me modify the parameters on the
effects, I can add effects and remove, but it won't let me
modify.
HELP!

Nevermind I figured it out, well I just closed out of the
bus views and it seemed to reset. Sort of a bug though?
