Best approach for de-ess

Hi Gang,
I expected to find some sort of de-ess-ing FX tool in Vegas, but so far have come up empty.

How do you guys handle removing harsh S sounds?
Am I just not seeing the FX tool... is there one I can download from somewhere for free?

I'm mainly interested in as automated a tool as possible.

There is a de-esser preset on the multi band dynamics plugin that works pretty well.

Of the de-esser's I've tried the one I like best is Spitfish from Digitalfishphones. Spitfish seems to do the least collateral damage of any I've tried and it's free.

For high value tracks, i.e. a vocal track for an album, Izotope Rx works but it is very tedious.

Just about any multi-band comp. could work, but like Larry, the Fishphones Spitfish is my usual "go-to" de-esser .
