Is it possible to audition midi dls banks before recording
using my midi contoller? Or to actually hear them while
recording? If not this really impacts on creativity!!! One
way this could be somewhat ignored is if a list of midi
note # (numbers) was available for each dls file/bank so I
could program my drum controller to the desired sounds,
i.e. Kick; Snare; HiHat. Also can anyone recomend a good
midi editor compatible w/ Acid Pro 3.0??? Any suggestions
on any one of these is helpful

No, it is not possible in ACID to monitor recoding through
the DLS softsynth. The reason is latency.(You would hit a
note and then hear it later.)

What if I have a Zero Monitoring Latency Card?

Nope, as ACID does not provide the means to monitor or thru
the incomming MIDI data stream to the softsynth.

(What card as zero monitoring latency?)
