Not quite a fix, but something you're just supposed to do. In Sound Forge 8.0 on Windows 7, if you do not install the WinHlp32.exe you will be annoyed by a popup that tells you to install that said exe after almost every process you do in sound forge. Install that exe! It will get rid of the windows help pop-up, and it will fix the mp3 encoder from not displaying all the correct options. (Before doing so you will not be able to select mono/stereo/joint stereo/cbr etc..) For once Windows Help was quite useful; Me being hard headed I tend to ignore it. Disabling the Help and Support service in Windows 7 will not get rid of the pop-up btw. ;) (In Win7 Help and Support is supposedly tied in with Windows Search, as there is not a dedicated Help and Support service anymore.
