Acid pro 7 c with XP has been working fine...now it if I go to adjust a volume of a track the volume slider jumps to 0...same with effects levels...it really springs to it like it really wants to go there even if I hold the cursor over the slider very steadily (if I am really careful I can get it to move where I want but it is tricky)....also if I scroll using the sidebar it shrinks my waves to minimal size ...the whole system is very jumpy...the front scroll is acting strangely too...if I move it it moves the cursor to the start of a track or changes the view and wave size oddly...if I place a point for a volume edit the point will jump to the middle spot....it hasn't done this before...I've looked for any options/prefs that would have to do with this but haven't been able to find any...am I missing something obvious? any suggestions? In general I am happy with 7 acid, 6 would crash usually when zoomed in tight for edits...don't like the way the record lights look on 7 ..it is not as clear when you are in record ready as with previous versions thanks RM Message last edited on1/31/2010 10:22:35 PM byrmetal. |

Sounds very strange as I can move the sliders for volume at the track level, mixer level, etc. without any problems whatsoever. Maybe it's a video driver problem? Have you tried updating your video card's drivers? Iacobus |

You need to fill out your System Specs, I just checked looking for a clue to your problem, nothing there. |

I think it was an issue with a Logitech wireless mouse...they talked me through a complete reset which involves removing the batteries and then holding the left and right buttons down for a while to drain all power to it. Seems to work correctly now. Thanks RM |
