Subject:cartoon sound effect

Hi

I need sound effect of cartoon talking.
There's no script to the conversation,
just plain tradional sound of "cartoon speech".
Like "wah wah... wha wha wha..."

Are there any special effects in sound forge
which i can applied to convert a recorded speech
to achieve this effect?

Once you open your file, choose Effects/Amplitude
Modulation. From the Preset pull-down, choose "Wacky" and
turn the Mod. Freq. up to around 460 (Far Right). It's not
exactly what you desribed, but starts you in the right
direction.

There isn't a "wacky" option under the Amplitude Modulation.
Do you know where i can download it?
