Subject:adding "rumble" to sound file

I have a sound clip of a waterfall that I want to sound
more dramtic. i want to add some "rumble" or bass to it.
Can anyone tell me hoe to do this? I am a newbie at this

Have you ever looked at using Ultrabass, PSP MixBass or
Waves MaxxBass for getting the effect you want? Or try
copying the wav file and lower it 1, 2 octave ( -1, -2
octave ) or pitch-shift and mix it with the original file.
I hope this works for you. If not just try to EXPERIMENT
more!
