Subject:How Do I generate CD track indices in SF5?

Sorry if this has been asked before.

I'm trying to make a sample CD. Each track contains several
so called multisamples, which I'd like to access through
track indices on the CD.
I have added Markers and converted them into regions, but
there were no track indices on the CD when I burnt it
(already spoiled 2 CD-R's).
If I load the WAV into WinOnCD, I'm able to set indices
directly into the track, but it offers far less comfort
than SF does, so I really would like to do it in SF.

Any hints? The manual didn't help.
TIA

Sound Forge 5.0 contains track-at-once CD burning
capabilities only. The process you are trying to accomplish
requires disk-at-once burning features to be used. At this
time you will not be able to place track indices within
tracks you burn in Sound Forge 5.0.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
