Subject:Changing speed in Sound Forge 9

I'm digitizing an audiotape and the tape speed when I recorded it sometimes speeds up slightly or slows down. I was wondering if there's a way in Sound Forge 9 that I can isolate a section of the tape and increase the speed or slow it down so that I can make the overall file more uniform?
