Run Windows on your Mac, or get a PC. Either way, you open yourself up to a much vaster array of software and solutions than you'll get with the MacOS.

There may well be a good program out there; I'll just have to search it out. I've never used Acid 6 as a daw program on the pc; I have a serious daw program in Sonar 8.3.1 to do the recording. I refuse to load Windoze on my new MacPro desktop. Why pollute it with an inferior OS? I used to dread losing Soundforge, but I've found Bias Peak Pro XT, while pricy, every bit as good as SF. It's just the way I'm feeling more and more comfortable working. Others may, can and will differ. Jack
