I am recording vinyl onto my hard drive via Sound Forge XP 4.5 and then subsequently looking to burn my 'mixes' onto CD, post to the Web etc. My problem is that when I burn my mixes to CD it is only registering 1 track on the CD which is 72 minutes long, rather than the 13 tracks that make up the 72 minute mix. Can I get Sound Forge to 'split' the file up into it's constituent tracks before I burn it to CD ? If so how ?! Or is it something that can be/has to be done within the CD burning software (I am using Ahead Nero) ? Thanks in advance for any help offered. |

There is nothing that can be done in Sound Forge XP 4.5 to mark the tracks. Unless there is a way to do this in your burning software, you would have to split your file into separate tracks before burning it to disc. Ted |
