Subject:upgrade questions

if I get the upgrade, how many installs do I get? Can I put acid 7 on multiple computers? Is there a time limit on how long the product will function without having another upgrade? other than the paper manual,is there a difference between the box and the download? does the download come with all the same extras? How long am I eligible for free support with the upgrade? thanks for your help
