if yuo create a cue at 133 bpm and including the fade out it ends at 1'02"09...is there anyway to make the cut end at 1:00:00 exact??? Also, it appears the timestrethcing monitor funtion does not work (place cursor over tempo bar, tracks are supposed to display amount of stretch,,) thanks, frankii |

Make sure you are running the latest update to ACID. You can find out by going to Help/About in the program. If it is the latest, it will be 2.0d 168. You can download an update from this link: http://www.sonicfoundry.com/download/step1.asp?CatID=2 You need to hold down the left mouse button on the stretch envelope, then move it slightly to see the gauge. The timestretch plugin isn't the ideal tool for bringing your event to a close on your chosen beat. It will adjust the timing of your beat pattern, but not the length of the file. Use the zoom tools (arrow keys on the keyboard) to zoom in to a position where you can drag the file back to the position you want it to end on. |
