Vertical Playback Line out of sync -ACID Product Family

Subject:Vertical Playback Line out of sync Posted by: K Dog Date:12/3/2009 10:42:41 PM After I installed Sound Forge 10, my time line marker (cursor) appears anywhere from 1 to around 8 beats ahead of the play back point- makes it hell to try to edit anything. I have tried playing with everything I can think of- from latency timing in the options window to the master clock timings on the bios! All the meters seem to respond as normal; just the moving vertical insert point is off. It isn't the processor speed either (I show only 18% on my CPU (Dual core at 3Ghz). Does overclocking effect this at all? I am using ASIO from TCElectronics. Like I say, it was all working before Sound Forge 10 was installed... Anyone else having this problem?
